Personal Information. Some of the information that we collect when you use this Site allows us to identify you (“Personal Information”). We currently collect Personal Information only if you choose to give it to us. We ask for your name, job type and professional title, company, your company’s mail address and your company email address in order to gain access to the restricted areas of our Site. In addition, we collect Personal Information when you communicate with us through the “Contact US” section of the Site. This information comprises your name and email address and any additional information you may wish to include in the message.
We use the Personal Information you give us for our legitimate interest to send you announcements, to provide you with information of interest, to answer questions, to respond to enquiries or a request for proposal, as well as to improve the content and functionalities of the Site. We will endeavor to satisfy such requests within a reasonable time. We may retain a copy in our inactive records for any legally required purposes.

Global Processing. We may process data about you in Bermuda and the United States or in any other country around the world.
Minors. The Site is intended for use by adults, primarily in their business or professional capacities. We do not target, or knowingly collect any Personal Information from minors.
